Adoption of Régional strategy.
The birth of Kifaransa Village Pwani and Kifaransa Village Western set to bé officially Launched on the February expected to:

1.) Establish a ‘spatial’ vision and strategy specific to the region – for example, identifying in in general terms areas for development or regeneration for a period of years ahead
2.)Contribute to the achievement of sustainable development and establish regionally specific policies, which are expected to add to rather than replicate national ones
3.) Address regional or sub-regional issues that may cross county, unitary authority or district boundaries
outline figures for district and unitary authorities to take forward in their local development frameworks
establish priorities for enhancement, and define the ‘general extent’ .

Kifaransa Village aims to establish presence beyond NAIROBi and Mombasa to serve beyond regional bounds,with a common strategy. This is the approach Pivot took to establish itself with expansive capabilities across multiple regions.

The strategy can result in exponentially accelerated growth by instantly providing access to a whole new set of competencies and member bases. Herein lies its strength and weakness. Another advantage of this strategy is a potentially dramatic reduction in risk via portfolio diversification .
